Environment Is Everything
Setting goals for the new year is great, but are you going to change your environment?
With the new study of epigenetics, scientists are starting to discover that your environment might have a larger role on gene expression than we thought. This means that your surrounding environment has a larger influence on your behavior, actions, and who you are than was previously given credit for.
So what does that mean for you, the person with fitness goals going into the new year?
You need to change your environment.
If the gym you have been going to for the past few years hasn’t “clicked” with you, switch things up.
